Travel has the power to change lives. At Blue Sea Vacations, we believe it is important to leave a positive footprint, wherever you visit. This can be both in monetary donations, or even volunteering while traveling.
Beginning in 2021, Blue Sea Vacations will be donating a portion of all profits toward select charities and not-for-profit organizations in destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. Each charity will be personally vetted by Brian to ensure that all donations will be going directly to those in need.
In addition, when you as clients travel to these locations, I will make a note in your travel documents of which charity he supports in that location. If you wish to be connected to volunteer or donate any goods, I will gladly put you in contact with the right people.
Here are some examples of organizations that I've worked with on past trips:
Montego Bay, Jamaica - January 2020
Right before the Covid-19 pandemic, I was lucky enough to visit Jamaica for a week. Our team of agents had brought two suitcases full of school supplies to donate to Alcar Academy. Even though we weren't able to stay for long, the students put on a wonderful talent show. I was very impressed!
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - February 2021
The charity Pasitos de Luz works wonders in the Puerto Vallarta area. This incredible organization provides day care and therapy services for mentally and physically disabled children. Many of the kids come from single mother families. The group of travel agents I was with met two employees from the organization. The passion and joy they had for their work and children was clear. They explained that Pasitos de Luz currently serves about 130 children per day. There is a waiting list just that long for children who want to come. The space is there, they just need more funds. This is one organization that Blue Sea Vacations whole heartedly supports.
